Problem while
travelling is packing and it becomes worst when it comes to old people who seem
to carry an unwanted risk while they travel across.
If you are aged
and looking to fly down to a beauty of pristine location than this could be a
right time for you to discover a beauty but at a same time uncertainty cannot
be denied in an alien land so here are now you can be safe and secure.
As Richard
Bailey and his wife Suzie Wallach are about to take a trip to Europe which
would be a six week tour and it cruises to Italy shares their experience she
said she is not aware whether there would a doctor on call or not but I need
not to worry because a safety tips spelled by their general physician, Dr. Lou
Cohen of Lerner-Cohen in Sarasota has helped them a lot to make their trip
comfortable one.
He advised to
make sure whether there is a doctor on board or not as most of the cruise do
avail such facility make sure you have notify a cruise director about your
special diet.
He further
advised to take a precaution because it’s a long adventure trip awareness could
act as a savior of life.
Dr. Cohen
suggested carrying a prescription and medicine for Diabetes, heart and allergy
and advised to carry enough for both to tackle any emergencies during a long
tour.
The world
travelers are up to date on their schedule injection and required inoculation
for their destination, and have done their research
Bailey asked to
pick a good ship and good package for a better journey.
Even so, Dr. Cohen
suggests you take some familiar over the counter medications with you.
Although food is
not a problem in Italy however it is advised to take a safer heated food and
further remember not to drink a tap water because water could be contaminated
in various countries that mean you have to avoid veggies and fruits that get
washed in water and it’s a strict no to Ice cube and salads.
What is most
important before you travel is a casual check up in order to ensure happy
journey and remember to follow every instruction he puts forward to you.
It’s always
better to plan before you leave so that everything could come in a box safety
and its better to wear a medical id and bracelet if you have it.
