Kadmat Island is one of the best islands that you can visit in Lakshadweep, which in itself is a cluster of islands. Lakshadweep is a UT (Union Territory) of India,
located about 400 km off the west coast of the country. It is one of the scenic tourist destinations that you should certainly visit during your vacation in India. Mohiyudeen Mosque is an important religious place to visit in Kadmat. The mosque has been stunningly built and is surrounded by palm grooves that add to the beauty of this religious site. The place has also got carved tombstones. The mosque is considered as one of the ancient religious sites in the region of Lakshadweep, as it was built during the 16th century. The architectural style of the mosque is very similar to the Malabar temple.

Best Time to Visit
The appropriate seasons to visit the Kadmat Island are the winter season and the onset of summers. The best time to visit the island is from October to April.
